Pricing of goods
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
On our web-site registered clients get extra discount of 5%. To get the discount, write in your cart in the box “voucher code” the code “bio”. You can use the code only if you have a customers account in our online store www.estvitapro.com
Pricing of goods: www.estvitapro.com follows the sale prices recommended by manufacturers. The Seller reserves the right to change the e-store prices without prior notification to Buyers.
Selection of goods
Select your desired product and colour, and click “Add to Cart”
When you are finished adding products, click “check out”
NOTE! When selecting goods, please pay attention to the volume of the cosmetics and creams! In the photo, goods might seem smaller or bigger than they actually are. Make sure that size of product will suit you!

Creating an Account.
Users of all ages are welcome to browse the Web Site. However, you may only set up an account if you are 18 years of age or over.
When you have finished adding products to your shopping cart and you click on “next”, you will be asked to create your account or, for registered clients, to log in.
Enter your e-mail address and click on “create your account”. Then follow the instructions on the screen and fill in the obligatory boxes marked with red asterisks.
Your data is completely confidential for us, and we use it only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. If you want to our newsletter ( we send it 1x in a month), check the box to give your consent.
After registering and after every order, you will get a confirmation email sent to your e-mail.
You can use the “My Account” page to view information about your order status, any discount coupons and orders you’ve paid for.
Delivery address and shipping options.
As you continue with your purchase, you’re asked to choose a suitable delivery address.
If you want to leave a special note or comment regarding your order or delivery, use the correspondence box at the bottom.
Next, you can choose an appropriate shipping method for delivery of goods.
1. If you are Estonian resident, you can choose one of following delivery methods: 1) come to take your goods in our shop in Järve Center, Tallinn ( for free) 2.) Standard parcel shipped by the Estonian Postal Service 3) Post24 Service 4) ELS Courier Package shipped by Estonian Postal Service 3) Smart Post Self-service parcel terminal
There is a detailed description of each delivery method in chapter 9 of these buying instructions.
2. If you live in Europe but not in Estonia, we deliver with Estonian Postal Service. It takes about 5-7 working days for the goods to arrive. Your package will have a special number and you can follow your delivery on www.post.ee.
On the website you find fixed delivery prices but if you want to ask personal offer for your country or if you have very light package ( just make-up or one item), please
1) fill the shopping cart so we can see the weight of your possible order
2) send e-mail with your name to info@estvitapro.com.
3) We will control if we can offer better price for your country.
Fixed transport prices for all Europe countries are:
0-500g / 8.90
500-1000g / 11.90
1-2 kg / 14.90
2-4kg / 17.90
4-6 kg / 19.90
3. If you live outside Europe, please contact our customer service for transport offer.
Orders over 200 Euro are delivered free of charge, if they are not heavier than 6kg.
Payment methods
After choosing the delivery address and shipping method, you will be redirected to the page of payment methods.
1. If you are Estonian resident or chose Estonian shipping address, you can choose a bank transfer or direct banklinks of MAKSEKESKUS where you can find your way to make purchase. You can also pay with credit card through Paypal.
Using a bank transfer, you can pay from any bank. Our bank details are in the order confirmation.
2. If you live in Europe or overseas, you can pay with credit card through Paypal or with bank transfer.
2. How to order products from Europe and overseas
We deliver in all European countries for fixed price ( look further in “shipping options”) If you wish to order from outside Europe or get some additional information, write us on our e-mail info@estvitapro.com. Attach a list of products and quantities that interest you, and we will send you an invoice with estimated cost of shipping.
