Smart Chickpea cutlets 200g
A SOURSE OF VEGETABLE PROTEIN
They are obviously a healthier alternative to meat cutlets.
Ingredients: pressed Chikpea (75%), pressed barley.
Cooking directions: pour the prepared mixture with hot water or milk, in ratio: 15 to 200 ml of liquid to 100 g of flakes.
Stir well and allow it to stand for several minutes (5 to 10) to have the mince swelled.
After the swelling, the mince needs to be stirred again, and you can start to "sculpt" cutlets in the traditional way, breading them in breadcrumbs.
To make the cutlets more juicy and light, you can add chopped (grated) vegetables: carrots, cabbage, and onions.
Fry them in a frying pan in well-heated oil until golden brown on both sides (3 to 5 minutes).
