- Fatigue
- Dry, itchy skin
- Brittle hair and nails
- Disability to concentrate
- Pain in joints
The best source of omega-3 fatty acids
Flax seeds, cedar nuts, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, allspice, spinach, broccoli, dry beans, wheat germs. Salmon, sardines, turbot, scallops, shrimps. And the champions of the products containing polyunsaturated omega-3 are flax seeds and salmon.
Omega 3 are not produced by our body that’s why it is necessary to include them in the daily nutrition. There are two types of fatty acids – Omega-3 and Omega-6. Omega-6 we get even in the larger amount then needed with food, - that leads to different problems, but as for Omega-3 – in most cases we have the lack of them in our body.
